Kim Hollingshead practices primarily in the areas of real estate and small business law. Ms. Hollingshead regularly works on real estate matters such as acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, title insurance, private financing, entity formation and advising small businesses.
As the former CEO of Touchstone Title & Escrow and the current Founder, CEO and Attorney of Smart Title & Escrow, Ms. Hollingshead and her staff provide closing and title insurance services throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. Her main office is located in Franklin, Tennessee with satellite locations in Nashville. She utilizes her skills to generate income for business owners, brokers, loan officers and real estate agents.
She was a winner of the Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award in 2017. She has also received a Top 20 Title Producer designation by Fidelity National Title Group and earned an ALTA Best Practices certification. Ms. Hollingshead has been featured in several national publications.
Ms. Hollingshead earned her J.D. with a Concentration in Business Transactions in 2010, from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she served as the President of the Business and Tax Law Association and Vice President of the Federalist Society. She graduated from David Lipscomb University in 2005, with a B.A. in Oral Communication and Political Science. She is a currently a member of the American and Tennessee Bar Associations; American and Tennessee Land Title Associations; and affiliate member of the Greater Nashville, Williamson County, and Middle Tennessee Associations of Realtors.
Ms. Hollingshead is also a Regional Developer and Corporate Counsel for EXIT Southeast across Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia.
